I am beginning to think that I like the production art for Tangled more than the actual movie.
:(
‘I think Flynn was kind of a jerk for cutting Rapunzel’s hair so short. He could have cut it long and let her decide how she wanted it.’
“I’m bleeding out, and if I don’t cut Rapunzel’s hair right this moment, before either her or her mother can stop me, the love of my life will be taken away from me and, even though I’ll live, I can’t imagine that I’ll ever be truly happy again. Should I take a little off the bottom or go ahead and shear off most of it? Hmm, considering (1), the only thing I can reach is the hair at her neck and if I try to reach more they’ll probably realize what’s going on and (2) if I try to cut near the end of her hair or at least farther down, I’ll have to move, which my body is not exactly in the condition to do at this moment, I guess I’ll go with the short hair. I hope her first thought when I cut it is, “Oh no! Eugene’s going to die and there’s nothing I can do!” and not how much she wished I had cut it longer so that she could decide on a good hairstyle later. While I’m dead. I really don’t want to be known as the dead jerk who didn’t give the woman he loved a good haircut. Well, at least I’ll be dead.”
Anon, that is how much sense your confession makes. He was counting on dying there and then to save Rapunzel. First, he didn’t think there would be a tomorrow with him and Rapunzel. Second, what the fuck!?
That comment got hilarious pretty quick.

One of my FYI-Friday moments.
I am hopelessly in love with Tangled. While people are sitting on the tube listening to their Lady gaga and their rap I’m totally in the corner of the Northern Line rocking out to “I’ve got a dream”
This is the concept art by Lisa Keane for Tangled (2010) inspired by L’Escarpolette (aka The Swing) by Jean-Honoré Fragonard
